Personal Executive Function Coaching
The Neuro-Divergent Teams’ One-to-One Coaching Program is open to all of our assessment clients and is designed to help support you as you work to better understand your challenges and explore your unique strengths.
Our coaching program is designed to help neurodivergent individuals better understand themselves, working on building practical skills through goal setting and partnership during coaching sessions. Coaching is designed to help individuals rediscover their own strengths and capabilities and how to better access them.
Please Note: At this time our coaching program services are only available to clients who have previously completed an assessment with us and received their diagnosis of ADHD or ASD from Dr Morgan.
Coaching Process
To start, clients have access to a free intake session designed to introduce people to the coaching process and to ensure that this modality is the right fit. It’s a chance to ask questions and explore the way that coaching works to support people.
Once sessions start, our coaches work with each individual to goal set and then work in partnership with clients to help them succeed.
Sessions run for 45 minutes each and are priced at $85 per session.
Topics Covered
Coaching sessions are 100% individualized based on your own goals. Sessions are well suited to support a variety of goals, some examples of common topics that are supported by coaching include:
- Money management
- Time management/daily organization
- Career goals
- Challenges with dysregulation
- General executive functioning
- Academic support
