Yes, if you have extended health insurance, it can help cover the cost. Check with your provider to see if you have coverage for psychological assessments. Many people have $500 - $2000 of coverage per year. 

Yes. Should they desire to do so, your Secondary Responder (Partner, Parent, Friend) can submit the receipt associated with their interview session, to their insurance provider. Alternatively, their session can be included in your invoice to be submitted to your insurer.

Most insurance companies do not require estimates. If your insurance provider requests an estimate, please contact our Clinical Administrator Sandra to request an insurance estimate (admin@neuro-divergent.com).

We send out only one invoice for your assessment on the Tuesday of the week before your feedback appointment. 

The invoice is for the assessment in its entirety but it is a very detailed invoice with all the information your insurance company needs, including the date of each appointment, hourly rate, Dr. Morgan's license numbers, company address and phone number, etc.

You will receive your receipt the Tuesday after you have paid in full. This is the document you can send to your insurance company for reimbursement.

We do not accept credit cards - we accept payment by e-transfer.

Payment is due in full before your feedback appointment.

 Payment is due in full prior to the report being released. Individuals typically pay via e-transfer the week prior to the feedback meeting so the report can be sent to them directly afterwards.

No. We are unable to accept any credit card payments. E-transfers are the method of payment that we accept.
