This Fall (2026) our Neuro-Divergent Team is offering a series of one-hour psychoeducational workshops designed to help neurodivergent adults better understand their experiences and develop practical strategies for supporting themselves in everyday life. We have broken our former Burnout Recovery & Prevention series into 8 separate workshops to allow for more flexibility for participants.

These workshops are free for all current and past Neuro-Divergent clients.

Please email Gena at admin@neuro-divergent.com to register.

Topics include:

1. Interoception

2. Alexithymia

3. Neurodivergent Approach to Emotions

4. The Neurodivergent Nervous System

5. Sensory Processing and Regulation

6. Energy Rhythms and Sleep

7. Masking and Burnout

8. Self-advocacy, Accommodations, and Boundaries

Each workshop combines accessible psychoeducation, opportunities for self-reflection, and practical take-home tools you can apply to your own needs and circumstances. An optional discussion period will follow, providing additional time to ask questions, share experiences, and explore the material together. The workshops draw on the resources and materials developed by Dr. Megan Anna Neff, Psy.D., an AuDHD clinical psychologist.
