We offer three types of assessments with the following prices:

Assessment Content

Assessments Include:

• Client Intake Interview with Dr. Morgan (30 min)

• Client Self-Report Interview with psychometrist (1.5-2hrs for a Single ASD or ADHD, & 2-2.5 hrs for a Combo Assessment)

• Other-Reporter Interview with psychometrist (1.5-2hrs for a single ASD or ADHD, & 2-2.5 hrs for a combo Assessment)

• Online standardized self-report and other-reporter questionnaires

• Standard pre-feedback videos created by Dr Morgan to prepare you to “Understand Your Report” and “Prepare for Recommendation Discussions” (1-2hrs)

• Client Feedback Meeting with Dr Morgan (50 min)

• Formulation and Complete Diagnostic Report by Dr Morgan

• Opportunity to enrol in our one-on-one or group coaching services, post-diagnosis, for ongoing support

Assessment Process

• All interviews are conducted via zoom.

• The entire process typically taking 2-3 weeks from start to finish.

• We do not have physical offices and provide only online services.

• We are fully licensed in the provinces of BC and Ontario and cannot accept clients outside of these areas.

Post Assessment Supports

• At the end of the assessment process you will receive an in-depth diagnostic report, including a recommendations section specific to you, with suggestions and resources for next steps in your personal and work life.

• All of the clients that we diagnose have the opportunity to enrol in our one-on-one or group coaching services for ongoing support post-diagnosis.

Is my diagnosis official?

Yes. All diagnoses are made by Dr. Morgan, a Doctor of Clinical Psychology, who is licensed to diagnose in the provinces of BC and Ontario. Our process uses industry-leading testing tools and systems in compliance with current DSM-5 requirements.

Is an online Assessment Appropriate for me?

Due to the Autism and ADHD focused nature and online delivery format of our assessments, we do have some unavoidable limitations on the type of clients that we are able to work with. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide the type of assessment services that would be legally and ethically appropriate for individuals with more complex mental health backgrounds. Examples of complex issues that may prevent us from being able to provide services include: current substance use challenges, any recent suicidal ideations or attempts, any past incidents of psychosis, any history of mental health related hospitalizations, previous diagnoses or suggestions of BPD, traumatic head injuries etc. We will provide all potential clients with a client suitability form to complete as part of the new client registration process and will be able to confirm the client suitability for our services only upon the return of that form.

Will this help me with work and/or education accommodations and supports?

Yes. If a diagnosis is made, Dr. Morgan will complete all necessary workplace and/or educational forms, free of charge as part of our post-diagnosis support services.

Can I use my insurance benefits?

Please visit our billing page for a detailed response. In a nutshell: you will need to check with your provider to see if you have coverage for psychological assessments. We do not directly bill insurance companies, so it is the clients’ responsibility to submit their receipts for reimbursement. We accept e-transfer or cheques as payment.

How long is your waitlist?
