
Clients that our Neuro-Divergent team have assessed are eligible to participate in our Coaching Groups. Groups are not open to others at this time.
Groups focus on topics of common interest to many neurodivergent people and aim to provide practical skills and tools that can be applied in daily life such as: Strengthening Executive Functioning Skills, Preventing & Managing Burnout, etc
Groups are run quarterly throughout the year with most lasting 6-8 weeks and costing $35 per week ($210-280 in total).

If you often feel stuck, find it hard to get started, or struggle to stay organized this is the group for you! Designed to help you tackle challenges around executive functioning, this group uses Dr. Ari Tuckman’s ADHD Productivity Manual as a guide to strengthen executive functioning skills which people Autism and/or ADHD often find challenging.
Designed to be an inclusive, small-group program, we’ll work together to dive into the tips and tricks offered in the ADHD Productivity Manual while creating space to explore together.
Note: Group is appropriate for anyone with ADHD or Autism looking to strengthen their Executive Functioning Skills.

This small, neurodiversity-affirming group is designed to help you better understand burnout and begin building a more sustainable way of living that works with your nervous system — not against it.
We’ll cover:
• Burnout patterns (exhaustion, sensory overload, loss of skills)
• Energy + Sleep Patterns & Tips
• Sensory needs and regulation
• Masking and its impact
• Boundaries and accommodations

* The Autistic Burnout Workbook: Your Guide to Your Personal Recovery Plan by Dr Megan Neff ($25 on Amazon) is recommended, but not required, for participants in this group.
