CLINICAL COORDINATOR
My Education:
Sandra received her Honours BA in English Literature from the University of Windsor. She completed the Chef Pre-Employment Certification from George Brown College in Toronto and also became a realtor through the Real Estate College of Ontario.
My Experience:
Her various and sundry occupations have included such things as attractively arranging deli meats, washing cars while dressed in business attire, measuring Italian cookie dough ingredients into 80-quart mixers, writing promotional sales copy for self-help ‘gurus’ and turning her front lawn into a pumpkin patch to attract real estate clients.
My Why?
I’ve had a later-in-life mental health diagnosis myself and a teenage daughter on the spectrum who was diagnosed at 15. I understand what a diagnosis can do for you at any age. It’s life-altering in the best of ways. I am sincerely empathetic because I've been there.
Check out the Q&A below to get to know me better:
L’il Poundcake and Silky. Cats, who are at once, rotten sausages.
The hitting-the-ball-back-and-forth, not the I’m-gonna-beat-you type of tennis. Yoga. Puzzling. Coffee with friends.
Watching T.V. and being cozy with my husband and daughter. Eating delicious things. Crafting random stuff.
Jane Eyre. The woman in the attic of it all and I can’t resist a Brontë sister.
I like to rent cottages in Ontario and stare at the water. Or the fire. Or the stars. I also love to travel abroad to experience different cultures and natural environments.
